Terms of Service

ONE Hub is provided by Nicolas Thierry Lalanne for authorized One Luxury International agents and personnel to manage brokerage work. These terms govern the ONE Hub website and its connected AI tools. Public availability of an app listing does not grant access to brokerage records. You must be at least 18 and have an authorized ONE Hub account. Dedicated evaluation accounts may access only the sample environment assigned to them.

Keep your sign-in and connected-app access secure. Use only your own account and permissions. You are responsible for the instructions you give and the records you create, change, share, or send. Only provide information and materials that you are authorized to use for the requested purpose. Follow applicable law, brokerage policies, confidentiality obligations, and the terms governing your MLS, documents, photographs, and other licensed content.

Connecting an AI app requires separate authorization. You choose the offered read, write, and additional agent-workflow permissions. A connected app can retrieve information or perform actions within that grant and your ONE Hub account permissions. Some actions may change records, send messages or invitations, cancel appointments, publish materials, or use separately connected services. Review the specific proposed action, recipients, and any disclosed charge before authorizing it. Installing the ONE Hub connection does not itself create a paid subscription with ONE Hub.

Disconnect an AI app from ONE Hub Settings → Connections → AI connections. Disconnecting stops future access through that grant; it does not undo completed actions or delete information already received by the AI provider. Your AI provider's terms and privacy practices apply to its handling of your prompts, responses, and tool results.

ONE Hub and AI-generated responses may contain errors, incomplete data, or outdated information. Check material facts, recipients, dates, documents, calculations, and saved changes before relying on them. The service does not replace professional judgment or legal, tax, financial, appraisal, or other professional advice. You remain responsible for your brokerage and transaction obligations.

Do not use the service unlawfully, impersonate another person, bypass access controls, expose another person's confidential information without authority, disrupt the service, or infringe intellectual-property rights. You retain your rights in materials you provide. You permit ONE Hub and its service providers to process those materials as needed to operate the features you request. This permission does not transfer ownership. Third-party content remains subject to its owners' rights and applicable licenses.

The ONE Hub Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, shared, retained, and deleted. Do not enter passwords, payment-card credentials, government identifiers, or other unnecessary sensitive information in AI tool inputs or free-text records.

Features depend on account permissions and the availability of ONE Hub and connected providers. We may change or suspend features or access for maintenance, security, misuse, or loss of brokerage authorization. Connected providers may impose their own terms, limitations, and charges. No uninterrupted availability or error-free result is promised. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.

You may stop using the service and disconnect AI apps at any time. Account deletion and retention of brokerage records follow the Privacy Policy. We may update these terms by publishing revised terms and an updated effective date, and will provide notice of material changes through the service or the contact information associated with your account.
